Dr. Neha Tomer

About

Dr. Neha Tomer is an Assistant Professor in ICFAI Business School, Dehradun. along with she hold the Ph.D. Degree from Amity University, Dr.Tomer has cumulative experience more than 10 years in the corporate and academia. Her interest lies in accounting, HRM and OB. Her research interest revolves around Social Intelligence, job Satisfaction and Job Burnout. She is CFI certified in accounting fundamentals this, she has also attended more than 30 national and international conferences. She has authored book from international publication house in the area of Research and Accounting. Addition to this she is guiding Two Scholars under her supervision. To support the research community she works as a reviewer forrepute national and international journals. Dr. Tomer has also organized numerous webinars,Seminars and workshops for the development of the students.
