About
I am a computational biologist currently serving as a postdoc at the University of New Hampshire. My current focus involves data-driven molecular modeling of PDE6, incorporating chemical crosslink data. In my previous research endeavors, I specialized in identifying therapeutic compounds for the treatment of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. My approach integrated high throughput screening, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics techniques. My contributions to the field are reflected in the publication of several research papers and a book chapter in reputable journals. My work underscores a commitment to advancing molecular understanding and finding innovative solutions for medical challenges.
