About
I am currently pursuing my PhD in neurosciences in Dr. Krishna Melnattur's lab at Ashoka University, Delhi-NCR. I graduated with a BSc in Biomedical Sciences from ANDC, University of Delhi, and an MSc from the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai.
I am highly motivated to understand organismal behaviour and how brains adapt to certain behaviours to ensure fitness and survival. I am studying sleep as an adaptive behaviour and its role in modulating learning and memory of an organism. As a neuroscience enthusiast, I love to do science outreach. I am an avid stargazer, a big-time selenophile, and I love to read books and write poetry.
