Hey there! I'm Aravind Setti, a seasoned molecular biologist and bioinformatician with over 6 years of experience. My journey in the realm of molecular biology has been quite dynamic, with a strong focus on Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis and Python tools.

Research Interests:
I'm deeply passionate about deciphering Single Nucleotide Variants (SNVs) and Copy Number Variants (CNVs) associated with rare human diseases using NGS data. My expertise lies in variant analysis of human Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) and Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) data.

Professional Experience:
In my recent role as a Genome Analyst, I've been delving into NGS data analysis and interpreting variants linked to genetic disorders, all in line with ACMG guidelines.

Education:
Ph.D. in Genetics from Osmania University, specializing in cloning and evaluating angioinhibitory peptides on tumor angiogenesis.
M.Sc. in Biotechnology with Distinction from Osmania University.
M.Sc. in Bioinformatics from Bharathiar University.

Achievements:
Filed an Indian patent in Biotechnology for a method to synthesize coding sequences directly from genomic DNA.
Qualified Council of Scientific & Industrial Research National Eligibility Test (CSIR-NET) twice.

I've contributed to various publications, including studies on cancer biology, molecular biology, and bioinformatics.
