Dr Rakhi Mohan

About

I am an academician and researcher with a deep passion for transformative education and sustainable development. My journey in management education over 10 years has allowed me to explore diverse roles in teaching, curriculum design, and mentoring, with a strong focus on student-centered learning. My core areas of interest include human resource management, entrepreneurship, social responsibility, and the evolving role of AI in business.

I have had the privilege of presenting and publishing my research at various national and international platforms. In addition, I actively contribute as a resource person for academic development programs and enjoy engaging with initiatives that bridge academics with community impact.

I am particularly driven by interdisciplinary research that has practical and social relevance. Through collaborative efforts and continuous learning, I strive to contribute meaningfully to academic discourse, policy development, and institutional progress aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.
