Asif Irshad Khan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from India.
Dr. Khan has a cumulative experience of 20 years, encompassing both academic and corporate sectors. His areas of specialization include Component-Based Development, Software Security, Artificial Intelligence, and Health Science.
He has authored or co-authored over 100 peer-reviewed journals and conference papers indexed in the Science Citation Index (SCI). Dr. Khan has served on program committees for major research conferences and has been a Principal Investigator (PI) or Co-Principal Investigator (Co-PI) on more than a dozen sponsored projects funded by the Deanship of Scientific Research, King Abdulaziz University, KSA.
He is a reviewer for several top-tier Computer Science journals, including Engineering Applications of AI, IEEE Access, PeerJ Computer Science, PLOS ONE, Multimedia Tools and Applications, MDPI (Energies and Sensors), and the International Journal of Information Management. Dr. Khan has also been recognized for his excellence in teaching both graduate and undergraduate students.
