Dr. Sudhanshu Verma (Shudverma) is a certified Yoga Teacher with over 6 years of teaching experience. Currently working in “Sharda University” Greater Noida, U.P. India, As Assistant Professor in department of Yogic Sciences under School of Humanities and Social sciences. He has taken lectures & workshops on various topic of Yoga (Yoga for stress relief, Yoga for human excellence, Yoga for mindfulness, Yoga for military and para military forces, Bio-mechanics and significance of Shatkarma…. etc.) at various eminent places and institution in India. He is a member of “Indian Association of Yoga” and “Sriram Yoga prashikshan & anusandhan society”. He has experience for teaching yoga at Dev Sanskriti Vishvavidyalya, Haridwar. He is a Certified Yoga Examiner for Quality Council of India. He is well known researcher in the field of Yoga for his well-known 15 International Research publications.
Dr. Sudhanshu has completed his Graduation in Z.B.C. and Post- Graduation in Yogic sciences from one of the renowned institutions of India, The University of Patanjali, Haridwar. A pioneer organization to promote Yoga culture and spiritual renaissance at the world level. He has completed his Doctoral research on Collective Consciousness and Qualifies National Eligibility Test (N.E.T.) by the University Grant Commission of India. As a yoga teacher and therapist Sudhanshu focus on the yogic way of living, Self-healing aspects of yoga, mindfulness, and the flow of energy through practicing with awareness, compassion, and love.
