About
I am a PhD researcher specializing in semiconductor gas sensor devices, with strong expertise in the design, fabrication, and characterization of nanostructured metal oxide sensors, particularly ZnO-based homojunction and bipolar junction transistor (BJT) devices capable of detecting alcohols, aromatic hydrocarbons, and acetone at room temperature.
My research interest is in nanostructured gas and vapor sensor devices for the detection of various diseases through simple, non-invasive, and cost-effective exhaled breath analysis, Flexible and wearable chemical sensors, Nano-electronics and semiconductor devices, and Energy harvesters.
