About

Arnab Mukherji is an applied microeconomist whose work focuses on the economics of healthcare and governance. He holds honorary positions as a Research Fellow with the Development Economics Research Center at the University of Kent. He is also Commissioner on the Lancet Citizen's Commission for Re-imagining India's Health System. His research has been published in journals such as Science, Journal of Health Economics, BMJ, BMJ Global Health, American Journal of Public Health, Indian Journal of Medical Research, World Development, Economic Development and Cultural Change, and the Economic and Political Weekly. His research has been funded by a range of research organizations (e.g. CIHR, NIH, Alliance for Health Policy and Systems Research, Grand Challenges Canada, and several state governments and multi-lateral institutions).
