About
I am trained in Microbiology and Bioinformatics and doing work on biomedical data. I have contributed to understanding the structure-function relationship of proteins and identifying the key domains, motifs, and ligand essential for regulating the function. Using in silico techniques, targeting any pathogen with a global perspective is possible instead of local-focused strategies.
My research interest includes integrative omics for identifying driver genes, molecular signatures of disease development, and annotating abundant genomic and experimental data. And effectively utilizing tools in health informatics and carrying out de-novo top-down and bottom-up systems biology approaches for therapeutic targets against microbes.
