About
Tumor immunologist investigating how metabolic and microenvironmental pressures shape immune dysfunction, metastatic progression, and immunotherapy resistance in solid tumors. My research program integrates human tumor cohorts, spatial profiling, functional epigenomics, and patient-derived 3D models to identify immune-evasive cellular states, define predictive biomarkers, and develop mechanism-guided therapeutic strategies.
