Mr Adhikari has 12 years of experience leading qualitative and quantitative research, social mobilization, project development and implementation. He has expertise in providing training and undertaking media advocacy in comprehensive sexuality education and life skill-based sexual and reproductive health /rights of young people. Currently, he works as Research Coordinator at Suruwat and as an editor at yaunik.com. Likewise, he is doing MPhil leading to PhD from Tribhuvan university on Population Health
