About

Subhajit Dutta obtained his B.Sc. (Chemistry) in 2014 and M.Sc. (Chemistry) in 2016 from the University of Calcutta. He then pursued his doctoral studies in Chemical Science at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Pune, under the supervision of Prof. Sujit K. Ghosh, completing his Ph.D. in 2022. Following his Ph.D., Subhajit joined the Basque Center for Materials, Applications and Nanostructures (BCMaterials) in Spain as a postdoctoral researcher under the mentorship of Prof. Stefan Wuttke. Currently, Subhajit is working as a Marie Skłodowska Curie Actions (MSCA) Postdoctoral Fellow at KU Leuven with Prof. Rob Ameloot. His research interests focus on the design and development of next-generation functional porous materials that foster environmental sustainability.
