About
Dr. Prasun Goswami is a marine ecotoxicologist and faculty member at SRM University AP. His research focuses on emerging contaminants, including microplastics, pharmaceuticals, and antimicrobial resistance in aquatic ecosystems. With a Ph.D. in Marine Science-Zoology from the University of Madras, he has conducted postdoctoral research at leading institutions in India and Japan. Dr. Goswami leads the CORAL lab, integrating field-based monitoring with advanced chemical and ecological risk assessments to address anthropogenic impacts on marine biodiversity.
