About
Dr. M.Bhagiyalakshmi obtained Ph. D (Chemistry) in the area of porous materials for catalytic application from Anna University, Chennai. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry, Central University of Kerala. She has published more than 40 papers and has obtained an h-index of 19 with over 1700 citations. Over the past 15 years, she has conducted leading research on carbon dioxide capture utilization and sequestration (CCUS) and electrode materials for energy applications (cathodes, anodes, supercapacitors). Her research focuses on developing novel materials for electrocatalysis towards CCUS and energy storage to unlock the challenges for the practical application of MXene based material at a large scale.
