Dr. Ajay Kumar is an Assistant Professor at Sharda School of Business Studies, Sharda University, Greater Noida, India. Dr. Kumar holds a Ph.D. in Management with a Junior Research Fellowship and a Senior Research Fellowship (JRF & SRF) from the University Grants Commission. He also did a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Mathematics (M.Sc.). Dr. Kumar’s research interests include Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior, E-commerce, Marketing Analytics, and emerging technologies such as Metaverse and VR. He has published extensively in Scopus-indexed and ABDC-ranked journals, contributing to both theoretical and practical knowledge in his fields. He has organized numerous events, including international conferences funded by the ministry, research methodology workshops, faculty development programs, and recognized student activities. He has supervised Ph.D. research scholars and students, especially MBA students, on their research projects. Additionally, he actively contributes as a reviewer for top-tier academic journals and has presented his research at international conferences.
