About

I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate with Prof. Prabha Mandayam, at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, with the position based on a project on developing quantum computing algorithms for applications involving optimization techniques. I also recently started a part-time job as an Optimization Scientist (Quantum-Inspired Technologies) at Quarkitech Research and Development Private Limited, in the IIT Madras Research Park. I completed my integrated M.Sc. + Ph.D. from the School of Physics at IISER Thiruvananthapuram. The Ph. D. research was done under the guidance of Prof. Anil Shaji, specifically in the field of quantum computing, with a focus on quantum algorithms and simulations. I have also been a Qiskit Advocate since 2021 and levelled up to Tier 2 of the Advocate program in June 2026. My career goal is to work as a research scientist in this field of study. Apart from research, I enjoy drawing and painting, reading for pleasure, listening to music, and solving number puzzles like Sudoku.
