(Ex)Professor at T A PAI MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE (TAPMI). He received his PhD (Fellow Programme) from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in India. He worked in the Indian Information Technology industry for 13 years before moving into academics. His current research focuses on social identity in organizations, specifically during socialization, employees’ idle time and in leadership and employee well-being.
