Working as an Associate Professor in Department of Pharmacology, Ramanbhai Patel College of Pharmacy (RPCP), CHARUSAT Campus. Over 18 years of diverse leadership experience in academics, research, and administration at the RPCP-CHARUSAT. I mentored over 100 B.Pharm., over 25 M.Pharm., and three Ph.D. (pharmacy) students.
Possessing exceptional research potential and the capacity to actively contribute to the aims of research undertakings. Ability to communicate creatively and professionally with all researchers.
I received many research awards, including:
1) Best Innovative idea (third price) presented by B.Pharm students, mentored by me on medical device: smart gloves for tremor control
2) Best oral presentation award at the Indian Pharmacological Society conference, JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysore, India in Feb, 2023.
3) Best oral talk award in Clinical Research Conference at VIT, Vellore, India in 2020.
4) Invited as a speaker in international conference organized by JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysore and Society of neurochemistry, India between 17-19 November, 2025.
Major research interests are in preclinical and clinical research: Neurodegeneration, Alzheimer's disease research, Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and Liver fibrosis, Lung cancer research, In-silico studies, Drug repurposing, pharmacoepidemiology, pharmacogenomics, Pharmacoeconomics, drug effectiveness and safety, etc.
