Miss Sana Rehman is a dedicated PhD Scholar at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak, awarded through a competitive postgraduate research sponsorship. With over 7 years of teaching and research supervision experience across four diverse universities in Pakistan, she has made significant contributions to both academia and clinical psychology.
To date, she has supervised more than 80 research projects at graduate and postgraduate levels, mentoring students in a wide range of psychology and behavioral science topics. Miss Sana has also served as a Research Fellow on an HEC-funded project at Fatima Jinnah Women University, where she further strengthened her expertise in applied research.
Her academic portfolio includes multiple published research articles in Scopus- and Web of Science-indexed journals, reflecting her commitment to evidence-based practice and scholarly excellence. In addition to her academic work, Miss Sana actively engages in community mental health services. She has provided psychological support to flood-affected victims in Southern Punjab and currently serves as a Clinical Psychologist at the Wellness Office, offering counseling and mental health interventions.
Miss Sana holds specialized experience in third-wave Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), particularly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychotraumatology. Passionate about trauma recovery, mental health advocacy, and applied clinical research, she continues to integrate academic knowledge with field experience to promote psychological well-being in underserved and crisis-affected populations.
