About

Dr. Abhinav Sao is a Geneticist and Plant Breeder, presently working on Rice crop for improvement in grain yield, aroma, grain type and biotic and abiotic stress tolerance. He has been credited with more than 150 research articles in journal of national and international repute. He is recepient of many awards in the field of Agriculture Sciences i.e. Young Scientist Award, Best Scientist Award and ICAR, New Delhi Awards etc. . He has received many research grants in the field of Rice Breeding by National and international funding agencies.
