About
Our lab focuses on individual radiosensitivity and radiogenomics, normal-tissue radiation toxicity, and radioprotection. A major strand of our work examines radiation-induced gut microbiome dysbiosis and the gut–brain axis, including probiotic and metabolite-based countermeasures. We also work on space radiation biology and simulated microgravity, radiosensitisation by natural bioactives, and biophotonic approaches to radiobiology.
