Dr. Hemant Kumar Gianey, obtained his Ph.D. from Rajasthan, M.Tech.(CSE) from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, Rajasthan, and B.E. from Rajasthan University, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Presently he is working as an Associate Professor at Vellore Institute of Technology-AP, India. He has approximately 21 years of teaching (15) and industry (6) experience.

Dr. Gianey has also worked at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology from 2017-2022 and also worked as a PostDoc in Taiwan from Dec 2019-2020.

His research interests include Big Data Analytics, Data Mining, and Machine Learning. He conducted many workshops/FDP (Faculty Development Program) on Big Data analytics at different colleges of India. Dr. Gianey also delivered guest lectures in colleges/universities of India. Dr. Gianey has published many research papers on Big Data and Machine learning in International Journal/Conferences.
