About
Vansittee Dilli Rao completed his B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College. He has obtained his M.Tech degree from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, India in Civil Engineering with specialization in Geotechnical Engineering. During his M.Tech he worked on thesis entitled “Analysis of single pile in liquefied soil during earthquake using FLAC”. He is currently pursuing his PhD at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay through Board of Research in Nuclear Science (BRNS) funded project under the guidance of Prof. Deepankar Choudhury (ORCiD: 0000-0002-2331-7049). His area of research is seismic hazard and liquefaction hazard assessment of upcoming Nuclear Power Plants (NPP) in India.
