About
I completed my Ph.D. in Physics from Banaras Hindu University. Throughout my research, I synthesized cathodes, anodes (including hard carbon, bio-derived materials, carbon nitrides, etc.), electrolytes (gel-polymer/solid), and interlayers for various energy storage device applications, such as lithium-ion, sodium-ion, lithium-sulfur, and sodium-sulfur batteries. During my Ph.D., I employed experimental techniques such as TGA, DSC, XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS, UV-Vis absorption, FTIR, Raman, CV, LSV, FRA, galvanostatic charge/discharge, and impedance spectroscopy for the comprehensive characterization and investigation of the thermal, structural, and electrochemical properties of the synthesized materials. I have gained proficiency in fabricating coin-type, pouch-type, and cylindrical (18650/26650) cells for both lithium and sodium batteries.
