Dr. Anant Deogaonkar has over 24 years of experience in academia, industry, and research, with a strong interdisciplinary foundation in Electronics and Power Engineering, Human Resource Management, and Telecommunications. He has held senior leadership roles in the telecommunications and manufacturing sectors, bringing rich industry-aligned perspectives into teaching, research, and consultancy. He is actively engaged in Management Development Programs (MDPs), Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), workshops, and guest lectures for students, managers, and employees across public, private, and government organizations. Dr. Deogaonkar has also successfully completed consultancy assignments for government and public sector institutions, contributing to organizational development and policy-oriented initiatives.
