I am Jose John, a research scholar at the School of Management Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology. My research focuses on understanding Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and its role in shaping human- centric, resilient, and sustainable organisations. My research integrates qualitative (Constructivist Grounded Theory) and quantitative methods (SEM/ESEM) to develop and test process-based models of employee behaviour
