Hi, I am Dr. Mihir Prafulbhai Rupani, Scientist-F (Medical) at the National Institute of Occupational Health (NIOH) in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, an ICMR institute. A Gold Medalist in MD (Community Medicine) and a 2023 PhD graduate, my career spans roles such as Knowledge Manager for Diarrhea at UNICEF Gandhinagar and Assistant Professor at Government Medical College Bhavnagar. My expertise spans silicosis and silico-tuberculosis prevention, the impact of occupational and environmental pollutants on tuberculosis, and the analysis of patient costs in tuberculosis care.
