She is Alumni IIM Ranchi & Experienced Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the Higher Education Management Industry, Skilled in Management, Leadership, Social Entrepreneurship, Business Development, Life Skills & Career Coaching. She has published more than 40 research papers in Scopus , ABDC or UGC care journals .She has presented more than 55 research papers in national or international journals .
She is working with many corporates and organizations on different projects related to Corporate Social Responsibility, Women Empowerment, Professional Development & SDGs.
She Got the Nations Pride Book of Records Awards 2021 for Her Excellent contribution to Academics & Corporate or society upliftment initiatives. She Organized Corporate Guru World Summit on the topic “Leadership in Turbulent Times" on 4th September 2021, Global Innovative Entrepreneurship & Startup Summit on 14th Nov ., 2021, and many other International summits.
She is SDG Chaupal Niti Aayog Brand Ambassador.She is Global Women Achiever Awardee in 2021. She is Global Peace Rescue Mission International Global Ambassador.
