About
Dr. Gaurav Kumar is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, NIT Rourkela. He is an active researcher in the field of advanced manufacturing processes, micromachining, and microwave materials processing for the creation of innovative products for diverse industrial applications. He has more than 9 years of experience in teaching, research and administration. He did B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Jamshedpur in the Year 2014. Further, he completed M.Tech. and Ph.D. from IIT Roorkee in the Year 2020. He has published 50+ research articles in SCI and Scopus indexed journals, International Conferences. He has written various book chapters for Repute publishing houses like Springer, Taylor and Francis etc. He has supervised 01 PhD and 05 Master dissertations and currently supervising 2 Ph.D. research scholars.
