About
Dr. Varsha Srivastava's research interests include the development of separation and purification technology, biomass valorization, wastewater treatment, photocatalyst synthesis, Rare Earth Elements(REEs) recovery, nutrient recovery, fabrication of inorganic/organic hybrid functional materials, and Layered double hydroxides (LDHs) synthesis.
She is a board member of the International Association of Environmental Scientists and Professionals (IAESP) ( https://iaesp.org/ ) Specialty Chief Editor for the Chemical Treatment section of Frontier in Environmental Chemistry and Member of the Finnish Publication Forum (JUFO) in Panel 4(Chemistry).
Varsha Srivastava received her doctoral degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)-B.H.U., Varanasi, India. During her past research career, she has received three prestigious awards/fellowships including "(i) National Doctoral Fellowship (NDF) from the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE)"; (ii) CSIR-Senior Research Fellowship from the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, India ;(iii) Women Scientist Award (WOS-A) by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Department of Science and Technology, India.
