About
I am Dr. Arkaprabha Sau, a dedicated and accomplished medical professional and researcher with a strong background in clinical practice and a profound expertise in machine learning for healthcare applications. I completed my MBBS and MD with top honours (University Gold Medal) from R. G. Kar Government Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata, West Bengal, and have further specialized in public health and geriatric medicine. I have been awarded a PhD Computer Science and Engineering from the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal. My research focuses on the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning in healthcare, aiming to improve patient outcomes and healthcare delivery through innovative solutions. I have published over 30 original research articles in prestigious national and international journals and presented my work at various conferences. My research interests encompass Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, biomedical data analytics, digital health technologies, IoT for medical applications, and precision public health. I actively contribute to the academic community by hosting boot camps and training sessions to foster the next generation of biomedical engineers and researchers.
