working as Associate Professor since 22-3-2025 till date in this esteemed and renowned institution, along with gaining and sharing of knowledge with myriad of scholars, teachers and students. Have disseminated her research knowledge through scientific publications in various National and International peer reviewed and indexed journals. Have represented our University in various scientific deliberations at various National and International conferences through Scientific Paper and Poster presentations, and in a couple of guest lectures at State and National level. Have attended various Research workshops to upgrade, enrich and share the knowledge. Having completed ergonomics course from RECOUP International, Bangalore Diploma in Nutrition from Shaw academy, which would facilitate nutritional guidelines rendered to geriatric patients. As a part of Dental Ergonomic Team, highlighted the importance about the musculoskeletal health among dental students as early in their inception of dental career, conducted the first ever UGCDE on ERGONOMICS IN DENTISTRY as Organizing Secretary, to mark the National Ergonomic Month which would improve the quality of treatment rendered to Geriatric patients. Actively involved in nurturing students with required pre clinical/clinical skills to deliver quality treatment to patients. Completed her PhD in faculty of Dentistry. She has also received DBT research grant for her PhD thesis-Development and evaluation of polyherbal formulation for anti fungal activity in geriatric denture wearers and currently involved as Co- PI for ICMR funded research topic Metaanalysis of nasality assessment and developing a computational module: Acoustic and perceptual judgement and standardization. She also has to her credit ICMR approved project :postural evaluation and development of ergonomic paradigm for dental professionals; A longitudinal cohort study.
Her areas of interest include:Phytochemicals, drug development , Geriatrics, biomaterials and actively involved in collaborative research.
