STI-Policy researcher at DST-Centre for Policy Research, IISc, Bangalore. Research interest includes science advice mechanisms and various dimensions of open science, such as open access, open research data, open innovation, research evaluation. Ph. D in organic chemistry from TU, Vienna, followed by post-doctoral research in the areas of C-H activation and metal & enzyme-catalyzed reactions at TU Vienna and later at the IISc, Bangalore. Worked as a teaching faculty of UG Program at IISc, Bangalore.
