About

Rabindra has over 14 years of extensive experience in overseeing and leading a variety of power
system projects for specialized power system companies such as Middleton Group and Global Power
Energy. He has completed work on a range of projects including electrical network studies, asset
modelling and simulations, grid compliance evaluations, assessments of network interconnections
between conventional and renewable generation sources, as well as conducting front-end engineering
studies and providing construction support.

His roles have included the development of project execution methodologies, conducting thorough
reviews, management of customer expectations and delivering technical solutions and support.
Rabindra has played a pivotal role in numerous grid performance studies in Australia evaluating
compliance with NEM (National Electricity Market) and Western Power technical regulations.
Rabindra also has hands-on expert level knowledge utilising power system simulation software like
PSSE, PSCAD, Power Factory, PSE Sincal and others.
