About

Currently, as a postdoc, I am exploring the versatile expanded porphyrins (Texaphyrins) for treatment of ovarian and breast cancer, and tumor imaging (MRI and photoacoustic), Optimizing and Synthesizing the mono/bis drug conjugates of MMn(II) Texaphyrin and rucaparib (PARP Ihibitor) drug analogues tethered via various linkers amide, ester and carbamates, Investigating the cytotoxicity of the developed MMn(II) drug conjugates in different cancer cell lines.
During my Ph.D. I have completed variuos project successfully, like: Developed Silver and Ultrafine hybrid Cu2O-Fe2O3 nanoprticles stabilized by supramolecular self-assemblies of hexapehenylbenzene derivatives and these systems were explored in degradation of the industrial important dyes (pollutant) and for the Ullmann-Goldberg coupling reaction, respectively. I have developed fluorescent systems that were explored for sensing and bioimaging of metal ions/Reactive Oxygen Species.
Synthesized donor acceptor systems as pure organic photocatalysts for ‘Metal Free’ C-N/C-C cross coupling published in Journal of organic chemistry.
