Dr. Rajalakshmi S.A. is a psychology academic with over 15 years of experience in teaching, research, and student mentoring. Her work is grounded in counselling psychology, with a strong commitment to supporting the personal and emotional development of young people through education and guided intervention.

Her academic contributions include publications in national and international journals and edited volumes, along with active participation in conferences where she has presented research across diverse areas of psychology. She has served as Co-Principal Investigator (Co-PI) on funded research projects, reflecting sustained engagement in advancing scholarly work.

She has contributed to the academic community as a peer reviewer for several reputed journals, including the International Journal of Educational Development, Journal of Counselling and Psychotherapy Research, Journal of American College Health, Qeios, F1000Research, and IGI Global publications.
