About
My research work currently focuses on plant peptide extraction and biological activity of the same against various cancer types. The study includes insilico analysis such as gene set analysis, network analysis, Molecular docking and dynamic studies. Invitro and invivo study includes molecular techniques such as nucleic acid and protein isolation animal cell culture, animal handling, western blotting, conventional and qPCR, immunostaining and histochemistry, etc. I also developed a MOF based nanomaterial as the carrier molecule. I am also expertized in handling FPLC for peptide isolation.
