About

Currently, I'm working as Associate Professor at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Gorakhpur. Previously, I have worked as a Assistant Professor at AIIMS Gorakhpur and Post-doctoral Fellow and Senior Resident/senior Demonstrator-Biochemistry, AIIMS Jodhpur. My research field is on NCD and more focussed on Cancer and its subfields as miRNA characterization, Cancer stem cells, Biomarkers, inflammation, Nutrigenomics, Personalized medicine, Pharmacogenomics, Molecular interactions of cell signaling & transcriptomics based work. Currently, also involved in the study of Communicable diseases especially the COVID19, and AES and JES where our main focus is to assess the immune response after the exposure and during the exposure. The research work was funded by various agencies like Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Science Engineering Research Board (SERB), Department of Science and Technology,India etc.,.
In my current institute, I am also working as a coordinator of the Ph.D. program along with the members of the Institutional Research Review Board (IRRB), Research Cell, and Institutional Human Ethics Committee.
