I am currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Food Technology, Harcourt Butler Technical University, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. Earlier, I worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Science and Technology at the National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM), Kundli, Sonipat, India. I have a teaching experience of 20 years and am actively involved in research in the field of food technology.
