About
I am a computational modeling researcher focused on developing digital twins of human physiology by translating complex biological systems into predictive mathematical models.I hold a PhD in Computer Science from IIT Kharagpur and am currently a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Purdue University. My research centers on integrative physiological modeling, including whole-body cardiovascular dynamics, cerebrovascular networks, CNS and spinal cerebrospinal fluid flow, and large-scale ODE-based simulation frameworks implemented using JAX.My work also includes collaborative efforts in AI-assisted pharmacokinetic modeling, where I contribute to the development of PK agents that extract mechanistic models, parameter priors, and structural knowledge from scientific knowledge bases to support automated inference, calibration, and analysis workflows. My long-term goal is to develop clinically meaningful, patient-specific digital twin models that support virtual patient technologies and translational decision-making, while collaborating on AI-enabled approaches for knowledge-driven pharmacokinetic modeling and analysis.I am interested in connecting with researchers, clinicians, and industry partners working at the intersection of digital twins, computational physiology, AI-enabled PK/PD modeling, and translational biomedical innovation.
