About
Microbiologist specializing in plant–microbe, microbe–microbe, and host–microbe interactions. PhD research focused on metabolite-mediated biocontrol of fungal pathogens using stress-tolerant bacteria, including analysis of condition-dependent metabolite production using LC-MS/MS and GC-MS. Currently studying Nematostella-associated Thraustochytrid interactions to understand microbial colonization, host responses, and metabolite exchange using multi-omics and computational approaches. Experience includes metabolomics, metagenomics, lipidomics, molecular docking, and genome analysis, with applications in sustainable agriculture and host–microbe systems
