DR YASH PAL AZAD is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology, Akal College of Arts and Social Science, Eternal University, Baru Sahib, District- Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh, India. He formerly has worked with ICFAI National College-Shimla, IIPS (Indigrow Institute of Professional Studies-Shimla), EBEL (Everonn Business Education Ltd- Shimla), Bahra University-Waknaghat, Shimla Hill having 11 years of teaching (UG and PG), and research experience along with 3 years of corporate experience in business development and resource person for various organizations. His area of research interest is organizational behavior, Cognitive development, School Psychology, Subjective well-being, Academic performance, Prolonged deprivation, Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Spirituality, Life span development, Indigenous Psychology, PCT, Fuzzy Cognitive mapping, Management task, SWT, Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
