Raj Rakesh Modi, is a research scholar at Indus University, has consulted for many projects and holds an experience of 7 years, as a project manager and planner, with a demonstrated history of working in the civil engineering industry. also pertaining skills of building information modelling (BIM) concept used in construction projects. He also has an experience of 8 years in the field of research & teaching as visiting faculty and external guide at various universities.
He is being a professional and an educational scholar with multiple degrees and great knowledge. He has completed Diploma in Civil Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic, Bachelor in Civil Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad. Additionally, he has also pursued Masters in Infrastructure Engineering and Management (Civil Engineering) from PDPU Gandhinagar, and Master in Global Building Information Modelling from Spain (Zigurat, Barcelona) pertaining to skills of Building Information Modelling (BIM) concept used in construction projects. Currently, he is pursuing Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Indus College, Ahmedabad in the field of BIM, Sustainability and Construction.
He has also published a research papers in the field of construction planning & management, and BIM. He is also a Fellow -Life Member of “The Gujarat Institute of Civil Engineers & Architects (GICEA), Member of the Institution of Engineers (India), additionally, holds membership with the Charted Engineer (India) of The Institution of Engineers (India) and is also associated with the Member of Indian Society of Geomatics (ISG).
