About
Sathiya Prabhakaran is passionate about Air Pollution Research.
His current research is in Investigating Source Apportionment, Emission Inventory and developing dispersion models(AREMOD)
CEMS and CAAQMS data analytics. He is also passionate about alternative fuels, Fuel blending, Coprocessing, and thermal degradation kinetics in the cement manufacturing process. He also has ongoing research collaborations in Thermal Energy Storage systems using nano-PCMs and nano-catalytic fuel conversion of biomass through pyrolysis. His Long term goals are to develop technologies to fight climate change and prevent speeding global warming. He also wants to stop biodiversity depletion and preserve our ecosystem, so his future research areas are food waste minimization and regenerative agricultural practices.
