AKMAL HUSAIN
University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi
About
Dr. Akmal Husain received his doctorate (Ph.D.) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University (IIT-BHU), Varanasi. His primary area of research competence is the field of gas dynamics involving non-linear wave propagation phenomena. The work of Dr. Husain encompasses a wide range of areas, including partial differential equations with quasilinear systems, analytical and numerical solutions to nonlinear wave problems in gas dynamics, conservation laws with hyperbolic systems, and partial differential equations with Lie group analysis. He is now dedicated to solving gas-dynamic flow issues using mathematical and numerical methods for hyperbolic partial differential equations.
