About
Vinod Panwar obtained his B.Tech (with Hon.) in Instrumentation Engineering from HNB Garhwal, a central university, in Uttarakhand, India. Currently, he is pursuing PhD at IISc, specializing in the engineering of two-dimensional interfaces for advanced electronics, optoelectronics, and energy storage devices. His research involves nano/micro level device fabrication using electron beam lithography and photolithography in a cleanroom environment and its characterization using SEM, AFM, Raman, PL, TRPL and other spectroscopic tools. Moreover, I utilize cryostat systems to ensure precise and accurate low-temperature optoelectronics measurements.
