About
I'm a final year graduate student in Dr. Bushra Ateeq at the Molecular Oncology Laboratory, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India. I'm exploring the mechanistic and functional significance of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in the emergence and progression of hormone-refractory prostate cancer. Before coming to IIT Kanpur, I worked as a project fellow in Dr. Amit Tuli’s lab at the Institute of Microbial Technology (IMTECH), Chandigarh. I hold a B. Pharm degree from the University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (UIPS), Panjab University, Chandigarh, and M. Pharm in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER-Mohali), SAS Nagar, Punjab
