Dr. T. Clarina is a Chemistry academician, researcher, and administrator currently serving as Vice Principal at Christopher Arts & Science College (Women), Soorangudi, Nanguneri, Tamil Nadu. With 14 years of teaching experience and 4 years of research experience, she has consistently contributed to academic development, institutional quality, and student mentoring. She holds M.Sc., M.Phil., and Ph.D., and her doctoral work focused on “Nanoparticles supported catalyzed Organic Transformation Reactions.” She is a recognized Research Supervisor in Chemistry at Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, authorized to guide Ph.D. scholars, and has also served as University Examination Question Paper Setter, practical external examiner, and project evaluator for affiliated colleges.

Her research interests include green synthesis of nanomaterials, heterogeneous nanocatalysis, organic transformation reactions, and the development of biologically significant heterocyclic compounds. She has published in reputed journals, holds a patent titled “Zinc Comprising Nanoparticles and Related Nanotechnology” (published 2022), and has authored multiple academic books including Food Chemistry and Operating Manual for Chemistry Experiments. She is actively involved in academic leadership as IQAC Coordinator and has organized national conferences, seminars, and training programs. Her scholarly impact includes citations with h-index 6, and she has received notable recognitions such as the Young Scientist Award (2022) and awards for leadership in education.
