Having 12 years of experience in GLP, CIB, AAALACi and CIB certified discovery & contract research organization (CRO) private companies and Research labs. Having experience as study pathologist, study director, study personnel and study veterinarian in various studies regulatory studies. Mainly worked on various disease model development in laboratory animals. In discovery studies worked on diabetes and secondary complication, infectious disease, immunogenicity experiment, pharmacokinetics, Oncology model, Xenograft model development. In molecular pathology worked on immunohistochemistry, PCR, RT-PCR and ELISA. Having skills of laboratory animal experimentation and handling (including mice, rat, guinea pig, hamster, rabbit, monkey, dog, goat & large animals), dosing by various routes, blood collection, necropsy, histopathology, surgical model development. Worked in various in vivo regulatory toxicity studies in GLP and non GLP. It includes acute, subacute, chronic & carcinogenicity studies in various animals by various dose routes. Faced the various national and international audits as an animal house in charge (worked with rabbit facility and faced the audit of AAALACi accreditation). Having experience in SOP preparation, laboratory animal’s health monitoring. Having clinical practice experience in veterinary hospital.
